NATHANIEL BERRIOS

Nathaniel is 19 years old and a graduate from Steele Canyon High School. He was admitted to Tulane University in Fall 2005 as a Neuroscience major.

 

Due to the devastation caused to New Orleans by hurricane Katrina and the closing of Tulane for the first semester, Nathaniel attended the Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU) in Keene, Texas.

 

He returned to New Orleans in January 2006 to resume his education at Tulane University. He is returning to SWAU to finish his B.S. and plans to graduate in 2009.

He loves running as well as playing tennis. He enjoys hiking, surfing, playing baseball and football and can’t wait to snowboard in the winter. Nathaniel has been singing and playing the piano for 14 years and the guitar for 4 years. 

 

Nathaniel’s future goal is to study medicine and as a P.A., reach those in need of God’s healing touch.

 


NOLAN WILLIAMS

is 17 years old and a recent graduate of Steele Canyon High School.  He loves to play sports, explore the back country and is an outdoor enthusiast.  He is an incredible runner, breaking many records for his school’s Track and Cross Country varsity teams.  He also had a little league baseball career. Snowboarding is his favorite winter sport.

 

His musical talents include guitar, singing and has played the piano for 10 years.  He also operates the audio and computer system at La Mesa church. 

 

Nolan will begin his studies at Southern Adventist University in Tennessee this Fall semester and his current career interest is to be a youth pastor.

 


 

NICOLAS BERRIOS

is 16 years old and a Junior at Steele Canyon High School. He

is involved in Track & Cross country JV teams at his school and enjoys baseball, basketball, football and snowboarding.

 

Nicolas is an accomplished musician, playing drums, guitar and also has been singing and playing piano for 11 years. He loves acting and has performed with his school’s Show Choir at many events, including a Hawaii tour during spring break. He performed at Disneyland in summer 2004, where he won the Outstanding Musicianship Award.

 

Nicolas has a passion for writing poetry, which could

develop his skills for writing song lyrics.

Although his career interest is still undecided, he would like to join the Air Force Academy and become a pilot and perhaps major in business or law.
